Westhigh Motorcar Co. was established by Tom Kossmann in 1987.

Toms lifelong interest in automobiles, and his 12 years in the automobile service industry led to the fulfillment of a his dream of operating an independent automobile dealership. As the years progressed Tom was fortunate enough to have Todd Hawkins join him in 2004,bringing with him 22 years experience in auto sales. Both Tom and Todd live, work, and worship in Knox County, have raised their families in this community, and hope to continue to serve their community for many years to come.
